A lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming.
In this condition, the body sleeps while the mind is awake.
When I was 10, I saw the article of this lucid dreaming on Reader Digest magazine- for the first time, I understand it.
Often the dream is very vivid and the dreamer can actually control their dream - though not fully.
The most common of these dreams is the ability to fly, the second is sex.
Well, you got the point.
I have been into lucid dreaming for quite some time now. It is usually a thrilling experience, but sometime you could end up in a nightmare which you are unable to control the situation even though you know the fact that it is just a mere dream. Call this sleep paralysis. : ) Often associated with the BOOGIE monster by kids.
All of us are most likely have already experience this lucidity at least once in a lifetime.
Lucidity is a vital part in my dreams. It ought to occurs few times a month. And I love 'em!
I did some experiment with vitamin B6 and B-Complex.
I took 250g of B6, which come together with 200 B5.
The result. Yes, they're WORKING.
I had a very vivid - but instead of fun & thrilling, they're terrifying!
Woke up full of sweat.
So I reduced the amount of the vitamins.
Glad to report, I had the kind of dream I was hoping for.
